abingdon boys school in Berlin... will be there!

Yesterday morning I got my tickets to the abingdon boys school concert in Berlin!!! I will be visiting Berlin in 6-13th November. I always wanted to travel in the German capital and now I think is the greatest opportunity cause I will watch one of my most favorite bands perform.

Yaaaay!!! I am going to Berlin!!!

Das photo log

Many of you might wonder how my date with royalty turned out XD. Well it proved to be better than I expected, although, Blanka was competing on the opposite side of the field and I wasn’t able to watch her jump. When she got into the pitch I was the first one to realize. I got up and shouted my heart out calling her name and waving my hands. She heard me and waved to the crowd, but to my misfortune, she couldn’t see me. Anyway, we watched Yelena flying and my brother got some close up shots. Hooray!
In order to memorize this weekend I decided to start a photo log using simpleviewer. I also uploaded some photos from Japan & Anime Party hosted by Sakura Syndrome. Hopefully, I will be updating this photo album regularly (or maybe not :P).

A date with royalty

This weekend I have a date with royalty. I will meet the Czarina of Russia Yelena Isinbayeva and the Princess of Croatia Blanka Vlašić. I will be attending the IAAF World Athletics Final which is taking place here in Thessaloniki.
I just hope my seat is not very far away from the pitch so I can get a good glimpse of my lovebirds! <3

Mutant Dwarf forever

Today is a nyappy day for me. I found some true gems waiting to be discovered. I have listened to KOTOKO discography some times in the past but, I seem not to have paid enough attention. My love for this performer is given. Tracks like Hitorigoto, Re-Sublimity, Agony, Face of Fact, Restoration, snIpe, Suppuration, Shuusou are always in my playlist. But now, this love is becoming infinite. The reason is the following Japanese electronic pop anthems.

Έκρηξη στην Άνω Πόλη και γω… κοιμόμουν! :)

Χθες τα ξημερώματα στις 4.30 σημειώθηκε έκρηξη κυριολεκτικά δυο βήματα από το σπίτι μου! Άγνωστοι τοποθέτησαν γκαζάκια σε αυτοκίνητο που ήταν παρκαρισμένο επί της Ηροδότου στον αριθμό 13.

Μόλις πριν από λίγο το πληροφορήθηκα από τις γλωσσούδες της γειτονιάς οι οποίες δεν έχουν άλλη ευχαρίστηση στη ζωή από το να με ζαλίζουν μιλώντας με τον πιο αργόσχολο φούρναρη του κόσμου, κάτω από το παράθυρο μου. Το οξύμωρο είναι ότι δεδομένου του γεγονότος έχει πάρα πολύ ησυχία στη γειτονιά. Βέβαια λείπει και ο συντονιστής του κουτσομπολιού. Η Ολγάρα η χοντρή.
Όπως και να ‘χει, ο αδερφός μου και γω, μείναμε άναυδοι στο άκουσμα του συμβάντος. “Γκαζάκια? Εδώ? Ποιος? Γιατί?”. Ακόμα δεν έχει διευκρινιστεί ποιος ήταν πίσω από τις επιθέσεις και λέω επιθέσεις καθώς σημειώθηκαν κι άλλες δυο εκρήξεις. Μια στην οδό Ιέρωνος και μια ακόμα στην Βενιζέλου.

the GazettE - DIM :(

I 've just listened to the new GazettE album, titled DIM. It was a big disappointment.
There was only one track that I liked (Guren). It’s a same because I am really fond of this band since I ‘ve started listening to jmusic.

People kept on telling me that they 've taken the downhill but i refused to accept it (although i really liked STACKED RUBBISH... yeah i did!)

But now it's all clear to me...
Time to move on...
So long and thx for all the fishes... kthxbai

p.s. and wtf is this ear aching intro before every track?! Geez!

Ουφ! Άλλη μια εξεταστική τελείωσε! (έχει δυο εβδομάδες για την ακριβεία...). Ήταν μια αρκετά δύσκολη χρονιά λόγω των συστηματικών παρακολουθήσεων στο μεταπτυχιακό και του όγκου των εργασιών. Τώρα το μόνο που μένει είναι η διπλωματική εργασία. "Διερεύνηση συστημάτων εξυγίανσης υπόγειων νερών με εφαρμογή αριθμητικού μοντέλου". Δηλαδή στοχαστική και αβεβαιοτική ανάλυση υδροφορέων. Τέλεια! Αλλά θα τα καταφέρω με τη βοήθεια της Rei και της Asuka.

In other news, τα πράγματα δε μπορούσαν να πάνε καλύτερα για τους αδερφούς μου. Ο Χρήστος έγινε δεκτός στο ΠΜΣ "Τηλεπικοινωνιακά Συστήματα και Τεχνολογίες" του Τμήματος Πληροφορικής ΑΠΘ. Ο Δημήτρης (που δεν είναι πια Cloud! XD) πήγε εξαιρετικά στις Πανελλήνιες και καλώς εχόντων των πραγμάτων θα περάσει στη πρώτη του επιλογή.
